Config Changes
- Made naturally generating Waystones unminable.
- Removed XP cost when using waystones to travel through dimensions.
- Allowed mob spawners to be moved with Create cart loaders.
- Disabled Curio body and belt slots.
- Buffed Arc Furnace and Crusher outputs to be worthwhile when compared to Create.
