Simple Yet Effective is a minecraft modpack for forge 1.20.1. It is a semi vanilla + modpack that aims to introduce new modded Minecraft players to a new way of experiencing Minecraft, (or for players who simply want a “simple” playthrough without changing too much to the overall aspect of the game)
Simple Yet Effective introduces players to a Minecraft that has features that could have easily been added to the game, but sadly never made it. The modpack introduces new animals, better animations for mobs and players, makes the world feel more lively by introducing features such as custom sounds and shaders, builds on the idea of a realistic yet fantasy-type world by not only adding things such as thirst and sanity, but also has things such as magic to spice up the gameplay.
Of course, I wouldn't want to spoil everything that this modpack has to offer; instead, I want you to enter a Minecraft that is both familiar yet fresh at the same time…
