It's similar to vanilla but with some basic mods. Tinkers Construct is a great addition to help you out in-game and help you learn a bit about mods! Make sure to use JEI, it'll help a lot! There's also Chisels which will help a lot when decorating and let your creativity go free! I find this modpack a lot of fun and I hope you do too. It's also great to play with friends to introduce them to modded Minecraft!
