This modpack is based on Cobblemon, the pixel alternative to Pixelmon, and designed with multiplayer in mind. Added Megas, Capture XP, Challenge, Counter, Pokedex, Pokepedia, Spawn Notifications (for legendaries and others), CobblemonRider (to ride pokemon), and TMs/TRs for quality of life to complement Cobblemon.
For a more interesting experience, I have added new concepts for tech and magic enthusiasts. Ars Noveau to create custom spells and either create the biggest explosion that will crash the server, or summon 20 horses. Hexerei, well, honestly because it has brooms that’s a two player mount. But I know it also does things. I just don’t know what. It’s just for that herbal witchy vibes.
Create (plus Jetpack), my new favorite tech mod to try to make elevators, movable doors, and I guess capture blazes to make them work for me. Tinker’s Construct because modular tools that make me melt cobalt and debris in the nether so I can get high damage hammers, sure.
For the hoarders, there is inventory tweaks to sort inventories, as well as Iron Chests for bigger storage, Iron Furnaces for leveled up furnaces, Storage Drawers for just infinitely simpler storage solutions (not required SSDs to store), Sophisticated Backpacks key for long exploration sequences, and Carry On to move small things (chests, chickens I think, and pokemon if you want to get motion sickness).
I have things for building, such as Chisel Reborn (more blocks), Chisel & Bits (for real minute pieces of statue building or other things), Rechiseled, and Rechiseled: Create. Decorative furniture like Handcrafted and Macaw’s, Another, Fantasy’s, and MrCrayfish’s Furniture. For those who want the farming RP, there’s Alex’s Mobs, Farmer’s Delight, and Aquaculture 2 (level up your fishing with a tackle box).
For exploration, there is Waypoints, which are randomly generated (and can be crafted) for XP-based teleportation and (of course) JourneyMap for all mapping needs. Comforts so that sleeping while exploring won’t change your spawn point with sleeping bags, with
Easier Sleep making sure only a % of the server players need to sleep to pass the night. Nature’s and Explorer’s Compass to make finding biomes and structures (respectively) much easier. Yung’s Better [Insert Names] overhauls Minecraft structures to be a lot better, and Biomes o’ Plenty adds plenty of new biomes for on the plank needs. Goblin Traders will show up randomly with really good trades for emeralds, and are just funny guys.
For quality of life improvements, JustEnoughItems (and others) will make finding the recipes for items so much easier (R and Left Click to see recipe, U to see what it’s used in). Jade makes it much easier to know what the world is when you hover them. Cosmetic Armor so you can be armored, but naked too. Enchantment Descriptions so you know what enchants actually do. Quark for its QoL features, such as replacing a broken tool in hand from inventory and villagers follow emeralds.
Major new concepts to the game include Simple Voice Chat for in-game VC, Corail Tombstones so you don’t lose your items on death, Domestication Innovation so that pets won’t perma die (plus funny collar enchants). FancyMenu because the UI Designer in me just wanted it. Medieval Music to enhance the very cool experience of running around the world trying to mine for ore while listening to equally cool music. Player animations with What Are They Up To, playerAnimation, and probably something else, so you can sneak into what other people are doing, whether it’s lelelel-ing in chat or looking for items in your inventory (non-invasive). FTB Essentials for basically all the major server /tp-ing and requests (/tpa, /sethome, etc).
