What things can I find if I'm new?
Mods like Sanity - Descent Into Madness: which will put an extra level of difficulty besides your life bar there is brain that affects your sanity this means any damage will affect you so you must be careful not to hurt yourself.
What enemies are there?
Enemies like Siren heat, plus a variety of new mods, like the dark version of Steve and the legend of minecraft herobrine.
Together with an rgp style with an origin that you can choose from a wide variety from ogres to assassins, they will make for an incredible experience

You just need to install the modpack, enter and enjoy your adventure and fun for the mobs everything is already configured you do not need to install anything
It has shaders which are disabled by default for low-resource computers
