All rights reserved, except for the permissions explicitly granted below.

1. Scope

This license applies only to original content created by Sibonius for Sibo's Vanilla Enhanced, including custom configurations, data packs, resource pack content, scripts, FTB Quests, and other original files.

Mods, libraries, assets, and other third-party content remain subject to their respective licenses.

2. Permissions

You may:

  • play Vanilla Enhanced freely, including on multiplayer servers;

  • modify configurations and other content for personal use;

  • create and distribute add-ons for Vanilla Enhanced;

  • create and distribute modified versions as Community Creations;

  • use FTB Quests created by Sibonius in other modpacks with clear attribution;

  • create videos, streams, screenshots, reviews, and other content featuring Vanilla Enhanced;

  • monetize such content.

3. Social Media

If Vanilla Enhanced is a relevant part of publicly published content, you must provide either:

  • a link to the official Vanilla Enhanced project; or

  • a link to Sibonius.

Both are not required.

4. Servers

You may freely host Vanilla Enhanced servers, including private, public, and community servers.

You may not charge users for access to a server where Vanilla Enhanced is used.

This does not prohibit:

  • voluntarily sharing the actual server costs between friends or members of a private group;

  • donations;

  • monetization that is genuinely unrelated to access to Vanilla Enhanced.

These forms of funding may not be used to disguise the sale of access to Vanilla Enhanced.

5. Community Creations

Modified versions of Vanilla Enhanced may be published and distributed as independent modpacks.

A Community Creation must:

  • clearly state that it is based on Sibo's Vanilla Enhanced by Sibonius;

  • provide a link to the original project where possible;

  • clearly state that it is not an official version of Vanilla Enhanced;

  • be sufficiently modified or extended to constitute a genuine Community Creation.

The name "Sibo's Vanilla Enhanced" may be included in the name of a Community Creation.

For example:

Sibo's Vanilla Enhanced: Create Expansion

is permitted.

Simply renaming Vanilla Enhanced, changing its icon, or making only minor or superficial changes does not qualify as a Community Creation.

A suitable notice is:

This is a Community Creation based on Sibo's Vanilla Enhanced by Sibonius. It is not an official version of Vanilla Enhanced.

6. FTB Quests

FTB Quests created by Sibonius may be used in other modpacks.

Clear attribution must be given, for example:

FTB Quest content created by Sibonius for Sibo's Vanilla Enhanced.

This permission applies only to the FTB Quest content and does not grant permission to redistribute unrelated Vanilla Enhanced content.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • claim Vanilla Enhanced or its original content as your own;

  • publish a substantially unchanged copy as your own modpack;

  • sell Vanilla Enhanced or charge specifically for access to it;

  • remove required attribution;

  • falsely imply that a project is an official version of, or officially affiliated with, Vanilla Enhanced or Sibonius;

  • circumvent these restrictions through renaming, repackaging, or superficial changes.

8. Independent Modpacks

This license does not restrict independently created modpacks that happen to contain similar mods, ideas, gameplay mechanics, or concepts.

However, similarity does not grant permission to copy original Vanilla Enhanced content.

9. Third-Party Content

This license does not grant additional rights to third-party content included in Vanilla Enhanced.

You are responsible for complying with the licenses of all third-party content.

10. Termination

Violating this license terminates the permissions granted by it.

Permissions may be restored at the discretion of Sibonius after the violation has been corrected.
