> Disclaimer: This is an unofficial custom server modpack based on the incredible Vault Hunters 3rd Edition. All core Vault Hunters mechanics, items, code, and concepts are the property of Iskall85 and the Vault Hunters development team. This pack was originally created to add Quality of Life (QoL) and multiplayer features for the SHRX SMP community, but anyone is welcome to download and enjoy it!

SHRX SMP is a carefully tailored variation of Vault Hunters 3rd Edition, featuring nearly 100 hand-picked additional mods. We preserved everything you love about the original experience while focusing heavily on massive performance optimizations, visual/QoL improvements, and creating a seamless multiplayer environment for medium-sized server groups.

❓ What is Vault Hunters?

Vault Hunters is an RPG-based modpack focusing around the mysteries and dangers of a dimension called The Vault. It features many Vault Hunters-specific items and mobs, like armor, weapons, totems, currency, and bosses. Players can develop their own talents and abilities while trying to achieve the goal of collecting all 25 unique artifacts to unlock the final challenge! As you level up, you unlock access to massive tech and magic mods to automate your resource gathering.

On top of the base Vault Hunters experience, our pack offers:

• 🚀 Ultimate Optimization: We swapped outdated performance mods for modern solutions. With Embeddium, EntityCulling, Starlight, Pluto, Saturn, and Smooth Boot, the game loads faster, uses less RAM, and guarantees stable FPS even during intense Vault runs.
• 🌍 Enhanced Overworld Exploration: The world outside the Vaults has been completely revitalized! We added beautiful terrain generation with Regions Unexplored, alongside the complete YUNG's mod suite (Better Dungeons, Mineshafts, Strongholds, Ocean Monuments, and more), making standard exploration a thrilling adventure.
• ⚙️ Expanded Create Mod: Once you unlock the Create mod via research, you gain access to a massive amount of add-ons: Create Crafts & Additions, Create Deco, Steam 'n Rails, and Design n' Decor. Build incredible factories and train networks like never before!
• ✨ Visuals & Quality of Life: Enjoy out-of-the-box shader compatibility (Oculus), beautiful character movements (Player Animator), cleaner interfaces (Inventory HUD+, Better F3, Advancement Plaques), and massive aesthetic building additions (furniture and roofs from Macaw's, new blocks from Chipped and FramedBlocks).

🤝 Built for Multiplayer! (Server Features)

This pack was designed from the ground up for server play. We modified the gameplay so cooperation (and living together) is a pure joy. Here is what you need to know:

🛡️ Open Parties and Claims (Land & Team Protection) No more griefing or accidental explosions in your base! This mod allows you to easily claim, protect, and even force-load your territory.

• How to use: You can open the mod's dedicated UI by pressing the ' (apostrophe) key. Alternatively, open your Xaero's World Map and simply right-click or drag your right mouse button over the map to easily select and claim chunks!
• Parties & Commands: Form a party with your friends using /openpac-parties. You can manage your land with /openpac-claims or quickly chat with your team using /opm. Members of the same party can share progress and build together securely.

🔐 Simple Login (Automatic Account Security) A lightweight, hassle-free authentication system that protects your account (perfect for offline-mode server support) without annoying commands.

• How it works: You do not need to type /register or /login. Upon your first launch, your game client automatically generates a highly secure, random UUID password, saves it locally, and sends it to the server. Just join the game and play!
• Note: Your automatic password is saved in your .minecraft/.sl_password file. Do not share this file with anyone! If you ever change your PC or reinstall your client, make sure to back up and move this file to keep your server progress.

🎁 Instanced Loot (Lootr) Say goodbye to arguing over who gets to loot a village! Thanks to Lootr, every naturally generated chest (in Vanilla and YUNG's structures) generates separate, instanced loot for every player who opens it.

💤 Server Sleep You no longer have to beg the entire server to get into bed. As long as a certain percentage of players sleep (configurable by the server owner), the night will pass smoothly for everyone.

🔧 Getting Started & Important Info

1. Download the modpack through the CurseForge app.
2. CRUCIAL STEP: Click the gear icon (Settings) in the bottom left of CurseForge, navigate to the Minecraft tab, and adjust the "Allocated Memory" slider to at least 8192 MB (8GB). Vault Hunters is a massive pack and requires this to run smoothly!
3. Launch the game, join the server, and start your adventure. Gather resources, build your first Vault Altar, and step into the Vault!
