Sharkcraft For Forge

This patch is to fix a few issues and to do some rebalancing. Please make sure to make any desired changes before you update. You may want to transfer enchantments from items. 

Removed: Blood and Madness (this mod makes some weapons that are just plain broken. So its being removed. 

Removed Eidolon (removed for performance issues)

Removed Sword Displays (discovered a bug that causes client crashes). 

Added: Epic fight. 

Configured most weapons to the epic fight mod. There may be some I missed so let me know if you find any. 

Added Dynamic trees, Dynamic trees biomes o plenty, Dynamic trees atum, and dynamic trees plus. 

Added Torchslabs

Blocked the crafting of Dragonsteel via blocking the forges and disabling the mausoleum. (Dragonsteel gear is too powerful for what i had in mind, and led most players to just using it, making the abundance of choice redundant. This packs about the large ammount of choice so this was undesireable.)

Blocked the crafting of Mystical Agricultures weapons (same reasons as dragonsteel). 

These changes should make players a bit weaker so please be ready for that possibility.
