Changes:
- Played around with Distant Horizons config and enabled it by default
- Increased Fisher mob spawn chance
- Changed Serene Seasons to not have seasons advance on a server with no players active
- (Hopefully) Removed Apotheosis pulling the default Minecraft's Turtle Shell Helmet, and Alex's Mobs Spiked Turtle Shell. It should now correctly pull from the new versions without Free Breathing
