Shards of Destiny 2

Removed Terraforged as it was not working for what we wanted. we recommend using the realistic or realistic large biomes.

Cleaned up a few more configs and started adding quests.

Removed:

- YUNG's Caves as it was impacting performance. 

- Tool Leving + since we added tetra its not needed.

- Potion Master caused too many recipe issues. 

- Disenchanting Table  you can remove enchantments on the grind stone. if you add a book with the item it will put those onto the book.

- DungeonsPlus decided this was not as fun as the others. 

We are much closer to finalizing the mods so I am adding quests.
