Definitions
1.1. “Modpack” refers to the collection of files (including configurations, resources, and mods) compiled into a single project for the game Minecraft (hereafter referred to as the “Game”).
1.2. “Author” refers to the creator and/or compiler of this Modpack.
1.3. “User” refers to anyone who downloads, installs, or otherwise uses this Modpack.

General Terms
2.1. This Modpack is distributed free of charge and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
2.2. All third-party modifications (“mods”) included in this Modpack retain their own licenses, as granted by their original authors. The Author of the Modpack does not claim ownership of, nor assume responsibility for, the license terms of third-party mods.
2.3. The User must ensure independently that the use of each mod included in this Modpack complies with its original license.

Modpack Distribution
3.1. Copying, distributing, and transferring this Modpack in its original, unmodified form is permitted, provided the structure and contents of the files remain unchanged and this license text is retained.
3.2. Any modified versions of this Modpack (including but not limited to additions, removals, or repackaging) must clearly state that they are a “fork” or “modification” of the original Modpack and include a link to the original source and/or the name of the Author.
3.3. It is not permitted to charge a fee for distributing this Modpack or its modified versions. Voluntary donations are allowed, but the User must understand that these donations are not payment for accessing the Modpack.

Disclaimer of Liability
4.1. The Modpack is provided “as is.” The Author does not guarantee that the Modpack will function properly on all computers or servers, nor assumes any responsibility for potential issues (crashes, lost saves, incompatibilities with other mods/cores, etc.).
4.2. The Author of the Modpack is not liable for any damage (direct or indirect) that may result from the use of the Modpack or any included mods.
4.3. The User installs and uses the Modpack at their own risk.

Other Provisions
5.1. The Author of the Modpack reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the distribution of this Modpack at any time.
5.2. Any disputes or disagreements related to the use of the Modpack shall be resolved through negotiations. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, they shall follow the applicable laws (of the jurisdiction chosen by the Author or determined by the location of the server/user, by mutual agreement).

License Acceptance
6.1. By installing and/or using the Modpack, the User automatically accepts and agrees to the terms of this License.
6.2. If the User does not agree with any provision of this License, they are not permitted to use the Modpack and must immediately delete all associated files from their device.
