Updated the Forge version required by a whole 20 versions so here's hoping nothing breaks!!

WE WILL NOT BE UPDATE THE PACK OR SERVER TO 1.19 AT LEAST UNTIL JULY!!! I want to make sure all the plugins are updated by the time we move MC versions. PLEASE come over to the discord in the meantime - We're doing several votes on plugins / mods to add to the pack and the more votes we get, the more i know it's what you guys n gals want to see on the server and in the modpack!!
