Progression
.Added more sub-quests to farming.
.Added cauldron quest.
.Added mainline quests from useful blocks to redstone, gold and lapis blocks with associated crafting recipes. These current penultimate quests are optional for now until I figure where to bring this next.
.Made some quests optional like apple and storage.

.Added the mob killing chapter group + the overworld chapter with 5 repeatable quests
