Others:
- Fixed assembly recipes for rods only giving 1 rod, instead of 2
- Fixed wrenches, rods, and plates being consumed in assembly recipes
- Added log to charcoal dust recipe using a create fan and lava
- Added compacting recipe tot urn 4 charcoal dust into 1 charcoal
- removed a lot of shaped/shapeless dyeing recipes, it should use the barrels instead
- removed tuff recipe, as aggregate is already looking like tuff
- removed more vanilla recipes that aren't needed, to remove some confusion
