Its The Full Release For HalfOfRLCraft 1 but i will be doing bug fixes her and there so if you can comment i will take your advice gladly (This Is My First Modpack Hope You Like It) P.S I might add more mods Plus Like I Said In The Other Version Or The B.E.T.A it doesn't really affect your experience it is kind of laggy tho so i suggest using Opti fine for this modpack to get a better experience than without Opti Fine
