Updated All The Mods!

So, for this update we have some more quest fixes, some more recipe problem fixes. We have also added Synthetics Recipes!

The Universe Miners aka, Simulation Chambers have seen a big upgrade, you will now get a lot more Ores out of it, the Miner can be renewably crafted, (The Costs has gone down a lot more!)

For the Texture and Recipes fixes, we have fixed some missing Lang files and Texture!
