Around 10 mod updates. With the help from gemini i deleted some mods which did the same work and what the 'cow' happend? the memory usage is lower now
i could free a bit less then ~1gb. So the usage is now between 1.5gb - 3.5gb if you join a server, down from 2.5gb - 5gb.

I added rubidium-extra mod for more graphical options and BadOptimizations for some hopefully performance upgrades. And at default i disabled Chunk-Pregenerator, cause you only need it one time at the start of your world, to pregenerate Chunks
