Many Structures are added to be investigated from you. Loot to your heart's content.

Mods like MrCrayfish's Furniture Mod: Refurbished and Let's Do Furniture will make your home more cozy.

PS:
If you want to create a forge Server from this modpack, just copy/paste the mods directory to the server and delete these mods: oculus-mc, embeddium, lighty-forge
Also, this Modpack generates Chunks very slow, because of the amount of Mods. The algorithm is slow, but the landscape is beautiful.
You can pregenerate Chunks with this command:
/pregen start gen expansion WORLD CIRCLE 0 0 50 minecraft:overworld
# The Game will generate a CIRCLE around the start coordiantes with a radius of 50 Chunks. Remember, the area would be pi * r^2
# 50 Radius = ~ 7.850 Chunks - my Pc can generate 2 Chunks per tick, remember best case is 20 ticks == 1 second
