If you wish to preserve your current control scheme, open the folder for your Atlas instance in CurseForge, and copy the options.txt file to your Desktop. After updating, replace the options.txt file in your updated instance to restore your previous control mappings.

-If Draconic Evolution items are invisible, enable the builtin resourcepack "Draconic 2D", or disable "hud_batching" on ImmediatlyFast config files.
-If you crash when interacting with Ars Lectern, break it and place again to fix.
