Modpack for the Seabed Discord

This Modpack is mostly meant for personal use in a Community im Part of, so its focus will be just that

Features:
Combat Overhaul!
Better Combat mod provides attack animations, holding down the attack button will let you attack again right after the weapon cooldown, but beware, attacking now requires Stamina!
Stamina is a new mechanic, not to be confused with exhaustion. Stamina regenerates when it is not in use, and can be raised by trading "spirit orbs" in villages with goddess statues.
Crits are now random, meaning no more jump attacks required. Having the luck effect raises your crit chance.
Killing a lot of monsters in a short amount of time gives you a temporary damage buff, incentivising a more aggressive playstyle. Killing a lot of a single mob permanently raises your damage and looting level.
You will now regenerate health with up to half of your hunger bar, instead of just a tiny sliver. if you need more healing early on before unlocking brewing, you can craft easy healing items with the "medieval healing" mod.
If you die regardless, a corpse will spawn at the location of your death containing your items. If you have a pet with you and it dies, you can resurrect it as a zombie version at a respawn anchor

New Movement Options!

Bunnyhop around at high speeds with the Squake mod!
You can now climb mountains, jump over fences, travel down ziplines and more, with the Parcool mod, or craft a glider to fly around the skies with Paragliders. Note that climbing and using the glider uses the same stamina you need for attacking, so try not to run out at critical moments.
To better enjoy the new movement, the fall distance before you take damage has been raised
For those preferring vanilla ways of moving about, horses have been improved with the horse stonks mod and the horseman mod.

Gear changes...
The focus of this modpack has been changed from having a single Armor you wear all the time, to having several sets you change between. In turn creating good gear has been made easier.
Mending books have been removed, you can still find gear that has mending on it, but for the most part you will now have to repair your gear in an anvil.
Repairing gear no longer raises enchanting cost, the enchanting table can be rerolled, the overall cost of enchanting in an Anvil has been reduced.
Trade cycling is enabled, meaning you can easily reroll villager trades if the particular villager has not been traded with.
A lot of balanced new armors have been added with the epic knights mod, allowing for more variety.
If you want the stats of a certain armor but the look of a different one, or maybe don't want armor hiding your player skin, you can use the included cosmetic armor mod to change your look.
Sophisticated Backpacks mod is included, making carrying all the new items and gear easier.
If you absolutely need mending, it can still be obtained, by chasing the rarely spawning falling stars and combining their fragments into star metal, which functions as a mending book would, withers rarely drop them as well.

What else is there to do?
Explore the world! Tectonic changes the generation and raises the world height, and plenty of new biomes have been added.
Conquer the Aether dungeons! The classic dimension mod is included, as well as the redux mod.
Fill your spellbooks with Iron's Spells and Spellbooks! Lots of powerful and helpful spells can be encountered.
Collect rare Treasures! May it be the "new" archaeological artifacts, ever powerful Tarot cards, or small treasures from quick time events, there is much to be found.
Brew Potions? Potion time now stacks, potion themselves now stack too! New effects have been added, like becoming small or gigantic. Drinking time has been reduced, and Potions can now be applied to food or weapons as well.

Changes to the passage of time
Minecraft days now last longer, days and nights each last about 30 minutes now.
While this means your daytime exploration wont be interrupted as quickly, it also makes the dangers of nights last longer, but nights can be sped up by the amount of people sleeping.
Not enough beds to speed up the night? you can now share a bed!
Time "passes" while you are not in a chunk now! (it check when a chunk last was loaded and applies changes like plant growth etc. accordingly when it gets loaded again)

Additional Setup
While keybinds should be set by the modpack, you might want to change ones that dont apply to your setup, like e.g. Ping or irons spell selector, which currently are bound to mouse 4 and 5.
A lot of mods add keybinds that are not required, the ones i bound now are according to what i think will be needed during the average gameplay. You can get a better overview of bound keys if you click on the "visual keybinder" in the keybinds menu. There you can also create and load different keybind presets.
You can bind multiple actions to a single key with keybind bundles, by default one of them should be set up on the "X" button, containing a button to sit down anywhere, setup menu for the female gender mod, toggling the invisibility from the aether cape and  the menu of the voice chat mod. These  can be set up in the keybinds menu.
Simple Voice chat - if you want to talk to other players using your voice, you will have to open the voice chat menu and select a microphone to use
First person mod is enabled by default, if you want to disable it press f6, some people do not like playing with it turned on but from my experience once players get used to it, they usually grow to like it.
Shaders - if you want to play with shaders you can do so, everything to use them besides an actual shader is included. Simply add whichever shader you want and enable it in video settings - oculus.
RAM - Currently the default ram usage of the pack is set to ~6 gb, the pack should work with as low as 4 gb assigned if you have a weaker system. Note that actual RAM usage can exceed assigned RAM, as Java works on top of that.
