Screendent Experience - Minecraft 26.2 Update

Screendent Experience has received a major update, bringing the pack forward from Minecraft 1.21 to Minecraft 26.2.

This release updates the majority of the modpack for the new Minecraft version, removes several mods that are no longer part of the pack, adds new features, and cleans up older or redundant files.

Major Changes

• Updated the modpack from Minecraft 1.21 to Minecraft 26.2
• Updated Fabric and the majority of included mods to their latest compatible versions
• Added shader support with Iris
• Added owo-lib as a new library dependency
• Updated Sodium to the new Minecraft 26.2-compatible release
• Updated visual, animation, audio, HUD, inventory, mapping, building, and quality-of-life mods
• Cleaned up outdated and duplicate mod files
• Removed the old Minecraft 1.20.4 Litematica file that was still present alongside the 1.21 version
• Updated Litematica and MaLiLib for Minecraft 26.2

New Mods

Iris

Added Iris Shaders, providing shader pack support while working alongside Sodium.

owo-lib

Added owo-lib, required by mods included in the updated pack.

Updated / Replaced Mods

Several mods have changed names, forks, or file structures during the transition to Minecraft 26.2.

• Eating Animation has been replaced by the updated Eating Animation Fork
• Cubes Without Borders is now distributed as CWB
• Entity Model Features updated to its current 26.2 release
• Entity Texture Features updated to its current 26.2 release
• YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL) updated to the current YACL v3 release
• Continuity moved from the previous beta release to a newer stable build
• ModernFix updated from the older 1.21 Fabric release to the current build
• Most existing visual and quality-of-life mods received substantial version updates for Minecraft 26.2

Removed Mods

The following mods from the Minecraft 1.21 version are no longer included:

This update is primarily a major compatibility and modernization release for Screendent Experience.

The goal remains the same: enhance Minecraft without turning it into an entirely different game, with improved visuals, animations, sound, information, building tools, exploration tools, and quality-of-life features while maintaining the core vanilla experience.
