Had to change the EnderIO config capitalization. Running the server under linux (testing at home is done under Windows 10) generated a new enderio.cfg. EnderIO.cfg is shipped with the server.....worked in Windows, because EnderIO used the EnderIO.cfg, but didn't under Linux, because it generated enderio.cfg. Client compared it's EnderIO.cfg with the server#s enderio.cfg...mismatch.
