SCP Outlook

I made this modpack as an improvement for my other modpack,SCP Initiation,i forgot a few key mods from the original modpack such as Chisel,but i didnt forget techguns or immersive engineering,and i also kept effortless building. The modpack is mostly centered around SCP's which are anomalies contained by a sub-millitary organization,the SCP Foundation,but also about making your own facilities and kinda messing around. This will probably be my last SCP modpack,cause i will have to make other things.
