Added the Oxygen Core mods
Added Spartan Weapons
Added Spartan and Fire (Spartan Weapons/Ice and Fire compatibility)

Changes:

Added some schematics being used on the official Scattered Dimensions server (still private).

 - Will add in authors names to the schematics file in the future.

Set up configs for future versions coming in the next major update while they are being finalized.
