Mod has some dwellers (cave, man from the fog, goatman, wendigo, dweller dweller) like the title says to spice up the repetativeness of minecraft progression that would natually occur, there is also another mode to slow down the pace of progression to allow more aspects to be enjoyed by reqiring leveling to gain better tools, like iron. Like the title suggest again, there are three gun mods that will give you a solid foot hold on the dwellers, if you can get to the materials before they get to you.
A load of other mods, like planes and countless biomes have been added to aid in the struggle against the dwellers, and just add more paths that you could embark on if you choose so.
