Performance Update Part 1!

This will be the first in a series of performance improvements as mods become available and the set of mods
becomes more solidified allowing me to keep tweaking things and fixing them with performance in mind. The list of mods will not grow much
more than this at this point. One of the next updates we'll be trimming the list of mods again slightly and analyzing what can go, FYI POWAH
May be on that list due to every tech mod we have already adding solar panels, energy cubes, etc. and it doesn't add much difference to the mix.

Configuration Changes:
Recipes added for the Tinker Table and Armor Stand from Modular Powersuits.
Disabled Ice and Fire Trolls from spawning entirely via Performant.
Tweaked Performant options for client/server performance, bare with me on this one to get it right and fix any crashes or issues. Please report any problems you find like entities not moving in chunks you're not in.
Tweaked Minimap location.
Tweaked basic control bindings.
