Minor Bugfix bump to 1.4.4.7

Cleanup Part 1! Some mods were cleaned up due to lack of use case, short and long term performance issues, bugs, etc. None of it is world breaking and is just to optimize the pack
and keep the original vision. Some addon mods added and aesthetics to flesh out different aspects of the game.

Configuration Changes:
Exposed more Ingots, Dusts, Gears, and Plates in JEI to expose some proper recipes.
Added Brass Dust Recipe.
Added Pixie Jar recipe to fix the conflict.
Disabled Trolls due to large amounts of lag caused by the stone statues still ticking.
Extended the range of the RS range upgrades and base range.
