Release ahead of server release to stabilize performance, crafting, and a few other factors.

Configuration Changes:
Temporarily disabled Hippogryphs due to a mjaor performance hit as well. Looking to reenable them in the future as Ice & Fire improves for 1.16.
Turned down spawnrate for Hippocampi.
Updated ore gen to up some spawns like Diamonds which were too uncommon.
Extended the possible length of Immersive Engineering Wires and lessened the loss as well for those long stretches or big projects.
Changed some important key binding conflictions.
Removed steel unification to expose steel recipes until that is scripted properly.
