Updated some mods
Rough Mobs caused issues and conflicts, so now it is gone.
This is mostly to balance Botania with the rest of the progression, due to it's potential power and utility, it requires a fair bit more work than other mods do to access.
Disabled Botania flower world gen. Now you need to use Better With Mods to get to floral Fertilizer to get mods. Also made the Pestle and Mortar need livingwood
Nerfed the hell out of a bunch of basic Botania recipes.
