Optiforge is preinstalled to improve compatibility with OptiFine 1.15.2 HD U G1 pre30 or 1.15.2 HD U G6 for the 1.0.0 version of the modpack or newer
If you do not plan on using optifine feel free to delete it out of the mods folder. There are some mixing textures when using optifine with minecolonies and maybe other possible glitches.
