-added custom recipe to allow Prismarine Shards to be crafted from using Prismarine Bricks and a Extra Utilities Hammer in a crafting table
-changed config for Simple Generators to allow Enderman heads to be used in an Ender Generator
-changed DavincisVessels config by doubling the max speed(from 30 to 60) and doubling the amount of blocks able to be lifted by 1 balloon from 10 to 20(from 0.1 to 0.05)
