Ruthless Frontiers - A Diabolical RPG

This update aims to make ruthless frontiers more ruthless again.

Health doubled, but health regen significantly lowered, not regenerating at all during combat and regenerating slowly when out of combat. EXISTING CHARACTERS NEED TO DIE IN ORDER FOR THE INCREASED HEALTH. UNFORTUNATELY I WASNT ABLE TO FIND A WORKAROUND.

Starting point has been changed to a small campsite
Visceral Combat added, which allows lunging when attacking while sprinting, up to a limit.
Added Steves Carts, for light frontier technology in the late game
Added Via Romana
Added Beltborne Lantern
Updated Iris and Sodium
Removed several mods made obsolete by changes, or by updates
Updated several mods required due to other updates
