-Players no longer freeze on death screen using Relic Leather Belt Talisman slots
-Adjusted Questbook to reflect Atum now requiring Oxygen.

-Carfstone ores are now block tagged to work in the Digital Miner
-Fixed coins dropping from mobs, again.
-Mob crusher energy cost increased
-Blursed Earth spawn rate decreased slightly
-Water bucket cheese in Green and Black dungeons is now heavily penalized. (Cheesers in shambles!)
-Essence to XP Pearl conversion has been moved to the Blast Chiller
-Essence and Godshard Dissolution Chamber conflict fixed
