Rustic Waters II

The Better Diving mod and the Beyond Earth mod had a conflict for many months which caused their Oxygen systems to counteract each other. There was an update to Better Diving yesterday which finally fixed this issue, but the Atum planet requires Oxygen to survive now.  I need to do a bunch of testing, but for now, proceed as though you need Oxygen on all space planets.

-Cyclic Tanks no longer dissappear when picked up
-Pipez Fluid Pipe base tier now has higher transfer rate
-Quantum Compressor recipe no longer requires Elite Catalysts
-Fluorite now has a more attainable recipe
-Vanilla shears now have more durability.
-Modular Router Sender MK3 recipe now ignores NBT on components
-Fixed SPS chain asking for induction ports.
-Basic Induction Cells no longer require Lithium
-Induction Matrix quests added to High Meknology tab
-Bamboo can now be crafted from Sugar Cane and Coral, because "science".
-Awakened Ore now drops 2 Awakened Draconium Chunks per harvest
-Shear recipe is now shapeless
-Removed redundant recorders from Recorder Salvage
-Void Worms no longer drop "massive" amounts of Hateful Hearts
-Mob Duplicator operation rate decreased slightly
-Added recipe to swap between thermal and IE bitumen
-Fixed Tin Essence to ingot recipe
-Woot factory block textures are no longer hideous
