RPCRAFT Underworld

Made a few changes (thanks for the feedback mr_hosed!)

The following changes show not break any current worlds but I cannot promise anything!

* Added better with mods for better ore processing and early tech (but I did leave in immersive engineering because I have plans)

* Added Extra Alchemy

* Added Inventory Tweaks (still needs testing)

* Added Mouse Tweaks

* Added Light Overlay Reloaded (which I admit is very useful in the caves!)

Balancing Changes

* Zombies can no longer break torches (and therefore zombie horses!)

Other Changes

* Map has been reduced to the spawn area so everything will generate now. This will make it easier in the future to add new mods that need world generation
