Bug Fixes: Cow quest completion failure fixed

Recipe Changes: Modified the Infused Magmatite heating block to require a block of blazing crystal in the initiator spot now. Added new Blazing Block (9x blaze rods) with reverse recipe as well Added Powah recipes for Blazing Block -> Block of Blazing Crystal, Iron/Gold blocks -> Block of Energized Steel, Diamond block -> BLock of Niotic Crystal, Emerald Block -> Block of Spirited Crystal all at a slightly reduced power requirement. Added 3x grass fiber = 1 string shapeless recipe Disabled Ice & Fire copper armor and tools in favor of Create Additions variations

Known issues: Dungeon Crawl seems to be adding disabled Mystical Agriculture crops to farm blocks. The seeds/essences dropped do not have a function, just keep that in mind if you collect any.
