Rockets Rifles and Robots

This update includes a major mod change, removing Flans mod. As such, worlds from older versions may carry over well if you haven't used it much, but it is strongly suggested to start a new world. The reccemonded world type is "Lost Cities: Chisel" which we have modified to be more like the Rare Cities profile but using chisel blocks.
