Now with added scripts file. Nothing changed. Just me fixing a mistake. Changelog i am going to post is the original changelog as it was supposed to be.

- Changed values of power storaged in Thermal Expansion and Ender IO power storage blocks
Recipe changes:
- Nerfed ProjectE to prevent it from being an early game OP item
- Nerfed Draconic Evolution to make it harder to get into the mod
