-MAJOR FIX: Fixed an issue in PotionCore that caused certain Lycanite's Mobs like the Cinder to ignore tick cooldowns upon dealing damage which was causing them to be extremely OP, dealing
damage far too quickly and nearly instant killing you
-Tweaked and fixed an issue with Fancy Block Particles
-Updated Dynamic Surroundings to latest version which adds new features
-Updated Enhanced Visuals to latest version and re-configured. This fixes issues with red hurt screen not working properly.
-Updated CreativeCore to latest version
-Added Mo'Bends, disabled player and spider animations due to bugs and incompatiblity, but all other animations work.
