RL Tekkit Pixelmon

RL Tekkit Pixelmon is a custom Minecraft 1.12.2 modpack that combines the hardcore survival and RPG gameplay of RLCraft with Tekkit-style technology, machines, automation, and Pixelmon.

The goal is to bring these different styles of gameplay together into one large survival adventure where you can explore, fight dangerous creatures, train Pokémon, build advanced machinery, automate resources, and progress through RLCraft's survival systems.

⚠️ IMPORTANT — INSTALL THE UI FIX

After installing RL Tekkit Pixelmon, open the modpack in the CurseForge app and click Add More Content.

Search for RL Tekkit Pixelmon UI Fix by magnetcross and install it.

This fixes the BetterTabs / Reskillable inventory tab positioning for this modpack.

Custom Compatibility

This modpack contains custom configuration and compatibility work to allow mods from very different Minecraft 1.12.2 ecosystems to work together.

A custom UI compatibility fix is used to prevent BetterTabs and Reskillable inventory tabs from interfering with the Pixelmon inventory interface.

The server pack contains the required configs, scripts, structures, Pixelmon data, and dedicated-server compatibility changes needed to run the modpack correctly on a server.

Server Requirements

• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: 14.23.5.2860
• RAM: 8 GB recommended
• RAM for larger/public servers: 10 GB+ recommended
• All players joining the server should use the matching RL Tekkit Pixelmon 2.9.5 client

Installation

1. Download the Server Pack above.
2. Install Minecraft Forge 1.12.2 – 14.23.5.2860 on your server.
3. Extract the Server Pack into the server's main/root directory.
4. Make sure the included folders such as mods, config, scripts, structures, and pixelmon are placed in their proper locations.
5. Start/restart the server.
6. Players can install RL Tekkit Pixelmon 2.9.5 through CurseForge and connect normally.

The server pack already includes the custom compatibility work required by the modpack, including the dedicated-server changes used to get RL Tekkit Pixelmon running properly.
