RizCraft | 1.16 Survival Based RPG Pack

In essence, this modpack is my idea of a vanilla survival minecraft overhaul - there is no massive gameplay changes. In this pack, we are going for a quality-over-quantity theme, utilsing a better biome generation tool, revamped caves, extra mobs, better mineshafts, improved structures, multiple sound overhauls, several new advancement tabs and expanded items, inventory and enchantments (plus many invaluable quality of life changes) to create an amazing world that is fun to explore, seemless to traverse, has something new around every corner and will, most importantly, make you want to keep building your character and expanding your world - all while still feeling like MineCraft.

All this is topped off by a sleek UI to give you something fresh right off the bat and really invigorate a feeling of a new adventure.

Notes

We hand picked certain mods from Quark, avoiding technological, cheaty or modern feeling changes. There is NO Automation Module.

As the mod Neat renders healthbars, it isnt compatible with shader packs. You have to choose one. You can remove neat by taking the mod out the modpack in file explorer, and you wont have glitchy green bars above entities' heads. But a lot of people dont use shaders or only use the internal ones so we thought we include it as a base mod. If you really want healthbars, as a substitute you can use the entity inspection tool (disabled by default) that is offered by RPG HUD. Unlike Neat, the healthbar doesnt follow the entity but its still an option if you dont want to sacrifice your shaders.

After the modpack is installed, adjust your GUI settings in game (this changes the size of the UI, and more importantly, the HUD. Available with optifine). This is not something we can preconfigure as it is an optifine option. Im playing on 1920x1080 and have my GUI scale on 3. The default settings will usually have your HUD being too big and block up your vision. You may have to adjust the hud positions since everyone will have different GUI scales.

The mods have been preconfigured to work together, but if there are any issues, please let us know. Almost mod is configurable, and all mods are removable (duh.)

Minecraft uses an attribute system to handle important calculations. It covers everything from armor values, to attack damage, to the maximum health of a mob. This system also introduced attribute caps, which limit how high any value can be. While this usually goes unnoticed, many mods are unknowingly affected by it. One common example is a set of armor that provides the player with more than 30 points of armor. The vanilla game limits armor to 30 points, so any armor points above that are completely wasted. This mod significantly increases these caps to allow mods to work as they were intended.
