Added in Kindred Legacy, Netherbound, and a few other minor utility mods.

Updated quests so they now properly reflect the mods in the pack (example: fixed the Brood Mother to say it's in the outback in a Eucalyptus tree now).

Rune Shop now allows for purchase of Kindred Spirits for rare runes. These are helpful spawnable creatures that can help you in battle.

Fixed max health so it now caps at 50 lines of heart containers.

Removed coal from the smeltery (BaseMetals update caused MMDLib to take over liquificated coal and charcoal, which I can't figure out how to use), Steel now is smelted by simply cooking iron ingots in a furnace.
