Rise of the Kobold is a highly customized mod pack heavily orientated around Create and Tinkers Construct. You can survive as either a Kobold, Siren, Rat or Katara. Each Race has its own unique advantages and disadvantaged

Rats are less than a block tall allowing them to squeeze into small spaces and are immune to both the plague and hunger.

Sirens are an aquatic people. They can breath underwater, swim at fast speeds and see far better underwater than any other race. However when on land they are the slowest race making it harder to run from monsters.

Kobolds are the decendants of dragons. Their slightly shorter than 2 blocks and are well suited to living underground. Kobolds have natural haste allowing them to quickly dig into walls.

Katara are a feline like people. Their paws allow them to scale walls and jump from higher heights but all of that is not possible if their paws are covered. The Kataras unique abilities dont work if they are holding an item or wearing boots. Further more because of the kataras uniquely shaped hands they cannot wear gauntlets.

The world of RTK is a brutal one. There are many foes that wish to see you dead and if you wish to survive you will have to work for it. Every aspect of progression has been customized to provide a completly new experience. Ores yeild very little from the start but as you advance through technowledgy youll find ways to yeild more from your resources. We didnt only aim to just make everything as difficult as possible but rather tailered an intuitive experience through hundreds of hours of testing to ensure each core more of our pack is well balanced and integrated with one another, Tinkers Construct now requires brass to make casts, Create New age requires steel from TFMG and a custom magnetic Fluid we added to Tinkers construct, Ars Nouveau has been thoroughly customized integrating its progression into the progression of technowledgy.
