Config change notes:

 

- Edited Lootbag drop rate to be more rare, but better rewards.

- Changed Morpheus' player sleep percentage from 50% => 33%. Only 1/3 of players in game will need to be sleeping in order for night to pass.

- Players no longer spawn with a BetterQuesting triggerer, but an still be crafted. Tool is only necessary for players creating their own questlines.
