-just enough energistics (AE2 -> JEI compatibility)
-just enough brewcraft (pam's brewcraft -> JEI compatibilty)
-just enough calculation

Config/Misc Changes:
-increased iron ore frequency. enabled spawning higher up
-decreased coal frequency and vein size
-changed Unforgiving Void's dimension teleport to y:-80 so it won't interfere with Dimensional Doors.
-cut deathworm spawn (from weight 2 to 1)
-decreased VOIP hearing distance from 64 blocks to 26
-Advanced Rocketry planets will now work with dimension IDs 2568 and above to not conflict with other IDs
-added some random Advanced Rocketry planet IDs to the Emptiness rift dimension pool
