Config/Misc Changes:
-removed Gaia anthills from spawning entirely (caused too many issues)
-Adjusted OpenBlocks Tanks to be more server-friendly on update
-adjusted the oreDict entry scripts to no longer remove items from recipes. It was causing too many issues to really make it worth "unifying" everything. This will be revisited later.
*NOTE: There are ways to automatically use oreDictionary unifiers to assist with storage solutions. Mekanism Ore Dictionifier and a Storage Drawers upgrade are two.
-made oredictionifier and conversion upgrades easier to craft
-made the hopping bonsai planter more difficult
