Config/Misc Changes:
-Slightly nerfed effectively all spawns for Ice and Fire mobs
-Severely nerfed amount of sea serpents spawning
-Changed spawn distance for hostile Ice and Fire mobs to 400 blocks from spawn
-Decreased distance for dragons to spot prey
-Increased distance at which Ice and Fire structurs spawn between each other
-Added bestiary to player spawn (was unable to add it to Akashik tome)
-Cleaned up unused Akashik tome entries
-Blacklisted Metamorph mobs: Ice and Fire dragons, Cyclops, and Troll (may need to revisit this for bosses, if they cause issues)
-Removed Ice and Fire silver spawning
-unified silver altogether, including tool and armor recipes (kept the Ice and Fire variant)
-changed wet sponge recipe to use string instead of grass
-Added additional ingot/gem types to the iron and diamond Chisel and Bits chisel (mirrored the recipe for the other chisel)
