This is RevoCraft ModPack it is a ModPack for Minecraft Server called RevoCraft. It has mods with millions of downloads such as Create, Travelers Backpack, Simple Voice chat etc. And the experience with Regions Unexplored is very good with custom biomes new blocks caves and a lot more to experience.
