This is a modpack I created for a friend and I to play, and I don't expect it to be popular, but I figured I'd upload it in case anybody else stumbled across it and enjoyed it.
The only real defining characteristic of this modpack is that many blocks have been disabled to encourage more complex and creative automation. As the title implies, you'll have to use frame quarries to get resources, but also Charcoal Pits, complicated farms and mob grinders, and Autoverse logistical networks spanning your whole base.
This modpack is maintained casually and only by one person, so don't expect many bug fixes.
I do have a couple of future updates planned with minor recipe changes. I won't say much yet, but I do plan to implement some higher output ore processing for the metals not handled by Mekanism.
