Featuring a main technology mod in Applied Energistics 2 and a main magic mod in Thaumcraft, you can enjoy a half-vanilla experience without being too overwhelmed by mods. There are several dimension-type mods if you want to go exploring, or plenty to do with Tinker's Construct and some aesthetics mods. Created originally for use by my friends and I for our server.
